Which Level Do I Need?

North County Track+ Field Club (NCTC) offers 3 levels of Track & Field conditioning for athletes from beginner to seasoned performer. NCTC's mission is to provide an opportunity to learn and the platform to participate in the sport of Track & Field. Our vision is to create a well versed, prominently staffed, and talented track and field club in Southern California.

LEVEL 3 - BRONZE

$85/month ($50/month for Redline Athletics members)

Allows those seeking a better understanding of the sport all the while getting the conditioning needed to become a better athlete overall. The majority of this level of training will be conducted at the Redline Athletics training facility.

1 day/week Training on the Track
1 day/week @ Redline (Strength & Conditioning)
NCTC T-Shirt
Month to Month

Schedule

Mondays @ Redline (4:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
Track day determined by coach/player (Sat or Sun morning @ DNHS)

LEVEL 2 - SILVER

$125/month ($90/month for Redline Athletics members)

6 Month Prepay: $700 ($490 for Redline Athletics members)

This midlevel program offers the opportunity for athletes to receive strength and condition training specified to Track & Field. This the multi-sport level because it allows athletes who have more than one convocation to explore track and field as a viable option without losing the progress or interest attained over the years in another sport.

2 days/week Training on the Track
1 day/week at Redline (Strength & Conditioning)
Track & Field Evaluations (1 on 1 evaluation)
Seasonal Track Meets
NCTC Uniform
3-month commitment at a time
$50 off for 6 months paid upfront

Wednesdays @ Redline (4:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
Track determined by coach/player (Sat/Sun morning @ Del Norte HS)

LEVEL 1 - GOLD

$185/month ($150/month for Redline Athletics members)

12 Month Prepay: $2,070 ($1,650 for Redline Athletics members)

This level is specifically designed to help nurture the dedicated athlete whose goal is to pursue Track & Field as their main vocation. This advanced training will set the foundation and prepare the student-athlete for high school and beyond.
